Edit Rental Inquiry Hi, I am currently renting from Lakeside Park Apartments in Shelby Township, on Section 8. I have been here for over 3 years, and have a perfect record, good credit, also. Lakeside Park is ending their 15 year LIHTC contract�so I need to find another place. I have always been interested to find a place like this, at 14901 Duressel Drive, in Sterling Heights. I would love to talk with you, and discuss a time, when I might be able to take a look.

When I moved in it was newly renovated. I love my Aptmt. just the right size for me. The staff is great helpful & friendly.
