Both the landlord and building manager have promised to fix the issues, yet nothing has happened even after a number of months.It is their responsibility to keep the building to an acceptable standard. This is not what is occurring. Doors are still broken and curtain rods are not being replaced. These are just some of the examples of the landlord and building manager's neglect.The tenants have asked for repairs on several occasions, but they are afraid to take it further, in case of retaliation such as eviction.I sincerely hope that something is done without delay, as the living conditions have become worse due to the landlord/building manager not doing their job.
