As a resident of Belton Woods its a pretty nice place Although the management does not give the maintenance crew enough time off people should be able to coexist peacefully

This may be the worst apartment complex Ive ever come in contact with As someone who pays their rent months in advance and has typed printed and hand delivered maintenance requests 6 months ago they have still not even attempted to fix anything in my This may be the worst apartment complex Ive ever come in contact with As someone who pays their rent months in advance and has typed printed and hand delivered maintenance requests 6 months ago they have still not even attempted to fix anything in my apartment We had to call someone and pay extra to fix my front door because we could not get in and out of it safely and the office simply wouldnt come out to fix it In my case the individuals at the leasing office have been rude and have exhibited untrustworthiness They have walked straight into my apartment while I was in the shower because I didnt come to the door Nothing ever gets fixed and the grounds are filled with trash which they will blame you for even if you had nothing to do with it I have had other individuals in the complex tell me their walls have caved in windows are broken AC and heating units are not working still no response by the leasing office If you can rent literally anywhere else do it It is not worth dealing with more ... hide ...

I have lived here at Belton woods apartment for a few years now I have not had a problem with anyone here From the manager to the maintenance department to my neighbors Great job Live and let live Thanks Donna Pam and Coco

Belton Woods is a nice place The whole staff is wonderful They welcome you with open arms I appreciate the young lady who moved me in She was very nicealways have a bright smile on her face I will recommend this place to anyone
