First, our building is right next to where the garbage trucks park for the city so it brings a lot of pests around, especially raccoons (but they cant help the location, nothing they can do about it). Second, the parking lot really needs to be repaved but that would be a huge pain in the butt with all the traffic we have (and super expensive).
