Management is a joke Karen is never there and Gretchen stays in her apartment more than she does anything else landscaping is horrible They dont up keep it as they should The front of the apartments have cute flower beds if they were just kept clean Management is a joke Karen is never there and Gretchen stays in her apartment more than she does anything else landscaping is horrible They dont up keep it as they should The front of the apartments have cute flower beds if they were just kept clean and taken care of If your significant other is not on the lease then good luck bc they can only stay one night a week or maybe that rule was just for me because I know someone who lived there for 2 years and wasnt on a lease guess each tenant has different rules They say there income based yet charge you 800 a month and the apartments are INFESTED with brown recluse Not to mention when you go to move out dont expect your full deposit back bc it WONT happen any excuse to keep your money they will find it Just go live in a box bc its better than living in these apartments more ... hide ...

Beautiful apartments dont get me wrong but getting in to one is impossible since nobody is in the office their voicemail is always full and there is no application form without the impossible to attain appointment
