I have never been unemployed and unable to provide for my family. I was unable to pay my rent in May and Alma Perez, our property manager, was immediately on the horn to find resources for me on top of encouraging my to return to school to finish my degree. Alma found me help immediately with rental assistance, utility help, food assistance, connected me with community resources that I didnt even know existed PLUS help with my Thanksgiving & Christmas meals. On top of all this she went above and beyond, she had my family adopted for Christmas. Alma is so helpful and she has always done everything in her power to set up all the residents for success!!!
