I have lived in these apartments for almost 17 months and I am soooooo grateful This small complex is a community of love caring and giving Its more than an apartment its a home full of family This year of 2020 was full of ups and downs I lost my job I have lived in these apartments for almost 17 months and I am soooooo grateful This small complex is a community of love caring and giving Its more than an apartment its a home full of family This year of 2020 was full of ups and downs I lost my job due to Covid19 in March I am a single mom of two boys and I was HORRIFIED I have never been unemployed and unable to provide for my family I was unable to pay my rent in May and Alma Perez our property manager was immediately on the horn to find resources for me on top of encouraging my to return to school to finish my degree Alma found me help immediately with rental assistance utility help food assistance connected me with community resources that I didnt even know existed PLUS help with my Thanksgiving Christmas meals On top of all this she went above and beyond she had my family adopted for Christmas Alma is so helpful and she has always done everything in her power to set up all the residents for success Sarah Xavier and Maddox Fowler are blessed to live here and beyond blessed to have Alma in our corner more ... hide ...
