They are infested with mold and stale smoke smells. They run it like its a prison camp requiring guests of tenants to report to the office or the drug addicted maintenance man These apartments are old and falling apart. No person with any kind of NORMAL life that has friends or family to visit them would want to live here. I mean it is a total and complete invasion of privacy to expect guests to give them their identification to visit their family. I work EVERY DAY, I dont get government assistance, I PAY rent and it is unreasonable!!! I lived in Legacy Condos for 2 years. I had a Pigeon Forge police officer as a landlord and NOT one time did I have to show my guests IDs or was NEVER treated like a second rate human being and that is EXACTLY how they treat you here. Now if your unemployed, dont have family, spend your time sitting on your porch smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day, and love to sit and gossip and stir up drama with the neighbors, then this is probably the perfect place for you! more ... hide ...
