Ive lived here at cedar village for almost six years the office people are so kind here and its a well astablished HUD housing yes alot of rules but its to keep everyone safe the office staff and maintenance are really helpful

One of the downsides to this place is the outrageous amounts of money u have to pay to replace blinds door knobs light covers ect If u need a replacement Id suggest going to a hardware store to save your moneynGod bless
