Villa Rita a great place to live youre retired on a fixed income or have a disability management is great But like any apartment complex youre going to have issues with some people with some neighbors one or two at the most Im grateful to live here

This place is a joke I was sent here from a recruiting agency to train My trainer whom was also the current Property Manager was a girl named Saira spelled something like that and she literally spent the two days I was there gossiping texting listeni This place is a joke I was sent here from a recruiting agency to train My trainer whom was also the current Property Manager was a girl named Saira spelled something like that and she literally spent the two days I was there gossiping texting listening to music through her headphones watching videos on her phone talking on her phone with friends bragging about her fianc whose famous and not training me at all My training consisted of reading a book being ignored and told to make phone calls to people on a waiting list because she didnt feel like doing it I was let go by Sairas boss Brandi via a phone call because she heard I wasnt willing to live on the property There is no work ethic policy professionalism communication andor training at this place Its rather awful and I feel terrible for the residents The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the Maintenance Manager Jim He actually seemed to care about his job and that was refreshing more ... hide ...
