I still haven't obtained a detailed statement, only a bill showing what I owe, with no clarification. I haven't paid it yet either. I think our community needs someone to come in and improve the office to a professional level, more organized and better managed. The landlord must be losing money because of the incompetence of his employees. Despite this, it's a great place to live.
