I have lived here 5 yrs I have no complaints about the management or maintenance I love Angie and Jimmy their great people The only complaint I have is rent has continually increased and with the pandemic and being disabled its hard to get out to go I have lived here 5 yrs I have no complaints about the management or maintenance I love Angie and Jimmy their great people The only complaint I have is rent has continually increased and with the pandemic and being disabled its hard to get out to go get money orders to pay rent and to pay on the website it cost and extra 20 almost just to make a payment Thats hard on people living on a fixed income Were making payments cant you make it more affordable I have never had to pay to make a payment on anything else Smh more ... hide ...

I gave it a go for a year, and am blessed to get out of there. To start with, the entire edifice is plagued with roaches, even in passageways and lifts. No matter how neat you are and what amount of money you spend on traps, you will not be able to get rid of the Utterly revolting!! There is also a problem with a person in the building pushing all the buttons on the elevator so that it doesn't function, which is a problem since even the ground floor is up around 4 stories of stairs. The manager, Lyn Jenkins, doesn't care about the inhabitants. She will tell untruths to your face and say the building doesn't have bugs. Also, there are homeless people who congregate here. They just sit on the stairs and even when asked to leave they don't. Additionally, if you are looking for narcotics this is the spot!
