Thought these people were supposed to be friendly help you out but no some one no names mentioned are rude mess up your case file almost get you evicted yes and then leave you to worrie about finding shelter for a big family

For example, we reported several issues to the staff, such as the stove, garbage disposal, hall light and bedroom lights being out, and they only fixed the bathroom light. Furthermore, the kids in the area were terrible; one incident involved my nine-year-old brother getting punched to the ground for spraying water at two boys as a joke. Another example was when my three-year-old, nonverbal, high-functioning autistic brother was ridiculed for crying due to overstimulation. Don't bother going to the office for help since they won't do anything, and the mother of the offending children is just as unhelpful. We were fortunate enough to finally be able to move out of this dreadful place. At the time we moved in, there was an infestation of German cockroaches that the management refused to address, even though we reported it 15 times. I strongly recommend avoiding this place; it is nothing but trouble. more ... hide ...
