Its a nice area for the elderly close to downtown and the New Brite shopping plaza Only thing is that the person in charge is rude and hes barely ever in the office should something go wrong

They have attractive hardwood floors with a glossy finish, as well as new appliances and plumbing fixtures. Unfortunately, we come across the same problem with many inner city apartment owners- they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix issues in the buildings. For example, there is a problem with leaky pipes here. Apparently, some type of very strong squirrels have chewed through the pipes and caused a major leak in one of the apartments, according to the property manager. I was surprised to hear that everyday tree squirrels had the strength to bite through copper or lead pipes, and that these metals are on their menu.
