Now a aide came over there to tell me I didnt get special person as these residents did. She never said a word to them but asked me to leave! I proceeded to walk back to my Mother who was upset I had to leave and told her I would follow through with a Superviser...I called the head nurse and Im waiting a call back! This is clearly wrong...I am happy the other family was together but my Mom is depressed with whats going on and how she had to live isolated due to corona. This faculty needs to have consistency not a bunch of idiots working there! These people have no hearts let alone a soul. SMHI had a pic but I cant post here! more ... hide ...
