I went to see my 87 yr old Mom that lives there today as I normally do several days a week Well today I was outside 6 feet from her and a rude worker there said I cant be there as the faculty isnt allowing this Mean while at the end of the parking lo I went to see my 87 yr old Mom that lives there today as I normally do several days a week Well today I was outside 6 feet from her and a rude worker there said I cant be there as the faculty isnt allowing this Mean while at the end of the parking lot a family had gathered with cake and other residentssome had no masks while others were not 6 ft apart Now a aide came over there to tell me I didnt get special person as these residents did She never said a word to them but asked me to leave I proceeded to walk back to my Mother who was upset I had to leave and told her I would follow through with a SuperviserI called the head nurse and Im waiting a call back This is clearly wrongI am happy the other family was together but my Mom is depressed with whats going on and how she had to live isolated due to corona This faculty needs to have consistency not a bunch of idiots working there These people have no hearts let alone a soul SMHnnI had a pic but I cant post here more ... hide ...
