Very unprofessional They barely answer the phone Alaina shouldnt even work in the office she doesnt provide all important information about putting in an application This experience was awful I called the office 2x and neither time did they tell me I Very unprofessional They barely answer the phone Alaina shouldnt even work in the office she doesnt provide all important information about putting in an application This experience was awful I called the office 2x and neither time did they tell me I had to bring any documents with me when turning in the application I was only told about the app fee I go in the morning of the day they are accepting apps I was told there was a time frame and handed an application to bring back but didnt tell me I needed to have anything and I comenback at 4 leaving work early and they said I needed a few things and basically try again when the list opens up What kind of bull is that some people are trying To make a life and 2 people who can care less if anyone has a roof over there head But because of this I will not be returning I will rather be homeless than live somewhere where people like that are in the office And I called the Lawson group to tell them and they didnt care either more ... hide ...

In recent years, it has been bearable at best, but the current management team (@first communities) is by far the worst. I'm a single person who showers once a day and barely uses the dishwasher or washing machine, yet I still get charged a high amount. The area of the washing machine is used by some as a dumpster and management refuses to clean it out. As of now, there are three weeks' worth of trash in there (see attached photo) and I have even noticed rodents emerging from it! I wouldn't even suggest my worst enemy to live here! Additionally, they always claim to be attempting to fix issues from the prior management, which is a bold-faced lie as all of the issues I cited are recent, not from last year!
