The rent office is disrespectful and the lady I was talking to name is msPatricia and she should not be in the office wit the type of communication skills she has she was so rude
This is one of the most drug infested areas in VIRGINIA BEACH Their have been a lot of shootings here Also there are a lot of low income people and lots of crime at ATLANTIS if you are thinking about moving here think again
The staffing administration cannot be trusted at all The head maintenance is a female that has no clue on what she is doing and then expect the real men to take up her slack and they believe everything she say

This means that the average family or individual won't be accepted here. Those who do meet the Section 8 approval standard, however, will find that this is one of the nicest places in Virginia Beach, in terms of the apartments themselves. The upper units have full carpets and the interiors have ample room. Also, the maintenance here is prompt, not a three-month waiting period. Another advantage for many Section 8 approved individuals is that the bus line is within a few blocks, and the beach is not far either. The downside is that this area has higher crime rates compared to other places. In recent years, private security has been incorporated, and the police are quite visible. Over time, due to the efforts of law enforcement and the complex's management, the area has become less chaotic. +1 for Management, +1 for the location and the accommodation, +1 for the presence of law enforcement (which does reduce criminal activity) -2 for the crime and disturbances.more ...hide ...

Now they have a lady there that lies to people and doesnt even pay attention to anything she has to do. She is nasty to people and when she is in the wrong she points the blame on you. My wife and I where in the process of doing all of the paper work so we could call this place home and the lady told us the apartment would be ready in July 1st then she said July 20th. We where ok with the July 20th part untill we where supposed to have a meeting with her at 2pm on a Wednesday which she never showed up to. Then we find out over the phone that the manager of sea pines had literally gave our apartment to someone else. Dont go there and waist your time with them. The maintenance guys dont even pay attention to anything around there and they are as nasty and rude as the manager.more ...hide ...

Have your stuff together otherwise this is not the place for you. They value good residents and it shows. We have had a few property managers over the past two years, so if anyone reading this sees any reviews from late 2019 to mid 2021 regarding the complex being hard to contact- its NOT like that now. Let me tell you why, Jenny! Jenny is the float manager and she is on it. Jenny has always been around but never permanent here and while I wish she was, I know she is too beneficial to be placed in one spot. She is always kind, very informative, assistive and has a quick turn around on any issue. She is a gem of an employee and has for certain made living here the most fluid experience.more ...hide ...
