Very unprofessional complex Ruby is nice however the waiting process for your application is well over a month when they ask for a deposit of over 300 plus obviously your application fees The company stated I was denied and needed an override and too Very unprofessional complex Ruby is nice however the waiting process for your application is well over a month when they ask for a deposit of over 300 plus obviously your application fees The company stated I was denied and needed an override and took over a month to give me an answer on the decision People in the office kept delaying my questions and I had to call on several occasions to even get a response October 30th the office claim the application was denied and my deposit of over 300 was to come back to me within 21 days however today is December the 28th and I have yet to hear back from anyone in the Fredericksburg office or their corporate office in California once I informed them both of the missing check I have left several messages and emails no response Im very sadden to have to write this review as I thought differently if this complex when considering this to be my home No customer service outside of your presence in the office Guess Ill pay them a visit tomorrow Unprofessional more ... hide ...

Paid deposit of 20000 and claimed I was denied but everywhere else I apply to is saying yes Weird Whats is even stranger is that they refuse to give me my money back I have emailed multiple times and they refuse to do anything This is theft

Exasperated by the lack of communication and lies, I contacted the manager and requested a refund of the fee since it is not normally required until after the application is approved (which mine still is not) and they are still housing the other tenant. Nothing stated that the fee would be non-refundable (apart from the application fee) and I was bluntly told by the leasing agent that it was refundable. During this time, I found a better apartment and was given an application same day and the process has been far more professional.
