I love it out there Lori the manager is a hard worker they stay on top of maintenance problemsl have stayed in 5 apartments and Biltmore Commons is the best

The only reason I gave this place a 4 star rating is because of our neighbors landscaping easy access to the maintenance man and property manager This would not have been a bad place if the outside neighborhood tenants did not break into our apartmen The only reason I gave this place a 4 star rating is because of our neighbors landscaping easy access to the maintenance man and property manager This would not have been a bad place if the outside neighborhood tenants did not break into our apartment Thankfully no one was home and the policeproperty manager made the incident a lot easier to deal with it Other than that no complaints both the property manager and maintenance man kept the complex clean and everything in working condition The property manager was amazing and very accommodating The complex is located behind a church and is within walking distance of the 711 up the street Good location far enough away from the noise of the train and busy area grocery stories and other business near by but close enough to the things you may need Would stay here again I would just purchase more security cameras and window alarms more ... hide ...

This complex is beautiful the staff is wonderful and very helpful The manager made the whole process of application to approval very easy The moving date is in less than a month and will update my review after living there for a while

Nothing was done to fix the issues due to COVID-19. When my lease expired in February 2021, I never received a renewal, so I called and was told they were behind on December leases and were still new, playing catch-up with their many changes in personnel. I was told to let them know if I would be vacating. I filled out a form in person and gave notice to vacate, but have since received the run-around about my deposit. Neither corporate nor Ester Cox have returned my calls or emails. Tiffany from the office called to say corporate claimed I broke my lease, but that made no sense since I was not in one. She then claimed tax credit could automatically renew me, which isn't true. When I went in person to ask for a copy of the lease, I discovered one had been forged and placed in my file without my signature. I am now consulting a lawyer and will be suing the company.
