To begin the units are poorly upkept they look good when you view but overtime paint begins to peel and having issues meaning that you will most likely have to repaint or they will charge you for turn over when you leave shower is poorly put together To begin the units are poorly upkept they look good when you view but overtime paint begins to peel and having issues meaning that you will most likely have to repaint or they will charge you for turn over when you leave shower is poorly put together issues with people smoking right at the bottom of the stairs so you have to walk through a fog of smoke anytime you leave your apartment so not a good place if youre not a smoker or if you have children At that point i wish they just allowed these people to smoke in their units so i can avoid smelling it everytime i have to leave Neighbors leave trash right outside their door maintenance has been told no reply email Roaches are infesting the units if you have people next to you who are not clean most likely they will travel to your unit If you have to terminate your lease you have to pay the rent until someone else moves in Think wisely before choosing this place more ... hide ...
