At that point i wish they just allowed these people to smoke in their units so i can avoid smelling it everytime i have to leave. Neighbors leave trash right outside their door, maintenance has been told no reply email. Roaches are infesting the units, if you have people next to you who are not clean most likely they will travel to your unit.
