I was looking for a place for my mother and while driving by, I spotted a Now Leasing sign on the gate. Before I could get out of my car, I was told that there was no guest parking and I had to take my car to the unpaved lot next door. As I drove into the lot, I noticed 8 people sitting there and staring at me, which caused me to doubt my choice, so I decided to leave. After reading the reviews for this location, I came back the following week for another attempt. When I pulled into the same sketchy parking lot, there were still people sitting and staring at me, yet this time I got out of the car and went into the building. I saw one window with somebody sitting behind it and assumed that it was the right place for information. However, I was ignored for 3 minutes before the young lady glanced at me. I explained that I was interested in knowing more about the place for my mother, and was quickly told that nothing was available apart from leaving my name on the waiting list. I was already feeling slighted, so I just said no thank you without asking why there was a Now Leasing sign if there was a waiting list. While I'm glad that others have had good experiences here, my own was anything but. From the uneasy feeling of parking and walking through what felt like a court of judgement, to the young lady at the desk not acknowledging me, I will be continuing my search elsewhere more ... hide ...
