I usually don't complain about where I live, but this is an obvious health hazard. My pregnant girlfriend, one-year-old, and my weak immune system all make this a very dangerous place, and there are other children in here too! I've reported several issues to the office, such as loud neighbors, but nothing has been done. In conclusion, I definitely do NOT recommend this place. You would be better off living in a cave. The repairmen are not only present in Huckleberry Court, but also across all the complexes owned by the company, thus it is quite challenging for them to get to everyone promptly. You must submit your request right away and follow up to make sure it is not overlooked. The organization needs to supplant some appliances that have worn out, but they repress it as much as they can due to the cost. We were disappointed when they took away the children's play area, but (having resided in other apartments before) understand that if fixtures become hazardous to use, they have to be disposed of so as to avoid harm. Part of the issue is inconsiderate people who are rough on their dwellings, do not clean up after their dogs on the common grassy area, etc. which makes it difficult for everyone else.
