We have been living here for 3 years and it has been the worst experience with management Do not even consider Brookstone Apartments on Hickory Hills Dr. if you or any of your family/friends are in search of apartments. We have been living here for 3 years and it has been the worst experience with management and the leasing office. Three months ago, my car's catalytic converter was stolen and they refused to install cameras, so now my mother's has been taken as well. Knowing we cannot trust them to protect us, a neighbor is facing issues for having cameras facing the parking lot because they prohibit it. They do not provide adequate security, leading to multiple occurrences of cars being broken into or parts stolen while living there. Management will not do anything to prevent this from happening again so don't bother bringing your family or belongings here; Brookstone is one of the worst candidates in the area. Repairs are also neglected; we have complained about our stove not working for over 6 months and all they tell us is to take out then put back in the burners every time, our bedroom AC was moldy, and our living room AC keeps leaking dirty water causing mud which took them forever to fix when we moved in originally.
