I never lived here but Ive visited many times in my lifetime and it looks great and well kept I am on the waiting list to move in I will give my final rating and verdict once I move in so far its very nice place and the apartments look good Ive seen I never lived here but Ive visited many times in my lifetime and it looks great and well kept I am on the waiting list to move in I will give my final rating and verdict once I move in so far its very nice place and the apartments look good Ive seen better but they look good for a low income based apartments far as I have seen and know the maintenance and the landlord is amazing the landlord cares about the tenants and always checks the units and regularly does inspections unlike my current apartment complex does not do at all Im very pleased with this place and I really want to give yall 5 star rating but I want to check this place out more and live here for about a year because I give my final rating more ... hide ...

It also has a washer and dryer hookup, pantry, linen closet and vanity mirror in the bathroom. The complex is conveniently located along a bus route, making it easy to get to Walmart, Ball State's campus, or downtown. It's also close to Walmart and Concannon's Bakery, and is away from the typical Ball State student housing. The best aspect of the apartment is the staff. Collin is always kind and helpful, and maintenance is efficient, friendly, respectful, and timely. They even leave notes to inform tenants of planned maintenance checks. For example, they have fixed both major issues like clogged pipes, and even minor ones such as taking away a bird's nest. My only complaints are that there are no "community events" to meet neighbors, the prices are slightly higher than those of other nearby complexes, and there is no fitness center.
