It also has a washer and dryer hookup, pantry, linen closet and vanity mirror in the bathroom. The complex is conveniently located along a bus route, making it easy to get to Walmart, Ball State's campus, or downtown. It's also close to Walmart and Concannon's Bakery, and is away from the typical Ball State student housing. The best aspect of the apartment is the staff. Collin is always kind and helpful, and maintenance is efficient, friendly, respectful, and timely. They even leave notes to inform tenants of planned maintenance checks. For example, they have fixed both major issues like clogged pipes, and even minor ones such as taking away a bird's nest. My only complaints are that there are no "community events" to meet neighbors, the prices are slightly higher than those of other nearby complexes, and there is no fitness center. Ive lived here for a little over a year I like the private entrances to each apartment Colin and Patrick are both very helpful And the maintenance is excellent Its definitely worth the money I also like that is very quiet and peaceful

I rarely post reviews but this managementmaintenance team deserves recognition for being so accommodating and courteous Ive lived here for almost a year and never had any issues

Excellent property management Peaceful area everything is good except for the fact that letter box is quite a bit away from the house
