Truly just normal upkeep of a complex that should not be costing new movers or current residents this type of pricing. In MUNCIE INDIANA they are expecting people to pay $1,166 for a single bedroom apartment with NO amenities. There is no gym here. There are no cameras for security. There are no locks to keep out those who do not live in buildings. There is no dog park. There is no covered parking or even assigned parking. If ANY of these things were present this insane increase of price would have a leg to stand on. Check out other cities if you are going to try and pull this robbery. There is nothing speical about this space for this outlandish increase of price. DO NOT live here. This new company will continue to increase prices with each passing year. This is not Carmel, Indiana. After over a week of trying to call over and over leaving messages and no answers or call backs, we finally get the answer and try to get everything together finally for them to say that its first come first serve and that the apartment might not even be available anymore. But they cant check because there was someone there in the office even though they were already talking to me on the phone. They promised to call back but they never did.
