Lived here for 2 years on the lower floor the people upstairs from were ALWAYS loud I made multiple noise complaints and they were never followed through I also had a sliding door to my shower that was obviously never cleaned over the years and I ask Lived here for 2 years on the lower floor the people upstairs from were ALWAYS loud I made multiple noise complaints and they were never followed through I also had a sliding door to my shower that was obviously never cleaned over the years and I asked if it could be removed because it was that bad and they said no also To mention I lived in the updated apartment My dishwasher and oven broke down a month before I moved out and they didnt come to fix it that whole month they have a REALLY REALLY bad ant problem and had to have pest control come every week for atleast a year to even stop seeing the ants it got so bad I couldnt even sleep in the apartment at one point washing machine was always broken and people upstairs let tgeir kids throw trash everywhere which isnt the landlords fault but it was definitely annoying Overrall property was good though just annoying people more ... hide ...

Lived here for 2 years never had an issue Mainance came in a swift and they always kept up with the interior and exterior of the property Very pleased Ill recommend Franklin square any day
