My dishwasher and oven broke down a month before I moved out and they didnt come to fix it that whole month, they have a REALLY, REALLY bad ant problem and had to have pest control come every week for atleast a year to even stop seeing the ants, it got so bad I couldnt even sleep in the apartment at one point, washing machine was always broken and people upstairs let tgeir kids throw trash everywhere which isnt the landlords fault but it was definitely annoying.
