That individual remains all day with the other gossipping women under a tree, playing loud music and glaring at anyone who visits my mother, which is nobody; I am the only one. The troll-like woman and her associates act like they possess the property. They criticize every other neighbor and act as if they are perfect. It is overrun with elderly women who spend their time in the management office, acting like they own the place. Even the maintenance staff is nosy. Everyone is constantly throwing loud parties and are not mindful of their neighbors. As I am writing this, I am at my mother's house and the elderly women are yelling and the neighbor downstairs has music blasting and my mother is ill and just wants to watch her favorite soap opera in peace and quiet. She doesn't even turn up the volume on her television because she is afraid her neighbor will complain and she can't even let her grandchildren visit because the troll woman had gone to complain, since she thinks she is still a teenager and doesn't want kids around to remind her of her age. :( more ... hide ...
