My mother can't open her windows because the neighbor is always smoking beneath them. That neighbor even told my mother to go to hell and said she would do whatever she wanted. That individual remains all day with the other gossipping women under a tree, playing loud music and glaring at anyone who visits my mother, which is nobody; I am the only one. The troll-like woman and her associates act like they possess the property. They criticize every other neighbor and act as if they are perfect. It is overrun with elderly women who spend their time in the management office, acting like they own the place. Even the maintenance staff is nosy. Everyone is constantly throwing loud parties and are not mindful of their neighbors. As I am writing this, I am at my mother's house and the elderly women are yelling and the neighbor downstairs has music blasting and my mother is ill and just wants to watch her favorite soap opera in peace and quiet. She doesn't even turn up the volume on her television because she is afraid her neighbor will complain and she can't even let her grandchildren visit because the troll woman had gone to complain, since she thinks she is still a teenager and doesn't want kids around to remind her of her age. :( more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 19 years It was good at first But now since 2010 it has gone to HELL on earth The people that live here do not care about the property and throw trash all over the place People have parties until early mourning noise levels thro I have lived here for 19 years It was good at first But now since 2010 it has gone to HELL on earth The people that live here do not care about the property and throw trash all over the place People have parties until early mourning noise levels through the roff The cabinets are not put together right and is sometimes hard to open for a person of older age People smoke inside the Appartments without regard for other tenents parking is hard to get because people that do not live here comes to visit thear family and take the parking even though we have parkin stickers on our cars Come winter it could be long time before you see a plow truck come through the parking more ... hide ...

Awful dont ever live in the Oak street section near Jackson street they never plow the snow on the whole parking area complexes are full of mouses and roaches they use an old laundry machine that doesnt work it sucks
