Recently, they replaced all the windows with double panes, which has reduced heating and cooling costs. Occasionally, bugs (ants, cockroaches, spiders) were present, but we simply emailed the office and they dispatched a pest control expert right away. After ten months, only ants remain. My main grievance is that when it gets warm, some tenants disregard the rules of quiet hours, which can be aggravating when you're trying to get some rest.
