We went on this place its peaceful and quiet i like this place

I have lived in my current apartment for over a year after having lived in another building in the same complex several years ago The apartment itself is basic but ok no bugs neighbors are quiet and respectful etc which is the reason it gets 2 stars I have lived in my current apartment for over a year after having lived in another building in the same complex several years ago The apartment itself is basic but ok no bugs neighbors are quiet and respectful etc which is the reason it gets 2 stars at all But the management is awful Every phone call goes to a message machine with no call back Even when youre given an email address for employees emails go unanswered for weeks including maintenance requests Their virtual resident portal has been down since October and is even now only semioperational My lease was set to be renewed in December but I still have not been able to renew If I had the money to move I absolutely would and plan to save this year so I wont have to renew next year more ... hide ...

This place really isnt as bad as the reviews reflect The general problem with how it looks OUTSIDE actually isnt the residents its people from the surrounding community conducting illegal dumping ALL THE TIME Inside the apartments could use an upgrad This place really isnt as bad as the reviews reflect The general problem with how it looks OUTSIDE actually isnt the residents its people from the surrounding community conducting illegal dumping ALL THE TIME Inside the apartments could use an upgrade but they are far from deplorable They are just like any basic apartment you would rent Weve lived here almost a year and have not encountered anything out of the ordinary All of our neighbors on our floor are cordial and there is a good mix of families and single men and women Staff responds well and is very cordial There is a lake about a half mile down which is a gem for this area during the plandemic You can workout take the kids on a walk let them play at the park Safeway and pharmacies close by Ive lived in NYC Los Angeles and now the DC MD VA area This is a good place to live that will help you save up money and move forward in life more ... hide ...
