The office staff was helpful and maintenance did their job. Currently, however, the office staff is unprofessional and does not respond to any queries (except those related to rent). Maintenance have not shown up after saying they would, or have even broken things they were supposed to repair and then vanished. The neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. The children are left unsupervised, running through the streets and neighborhood. I've called security multiple times over the years, but they never come to address the issue. The gate to the community has not been functioning for months now. We asked for upgrades and repairs, since we have been living here for so long, and every time the owner would say they would, but they never did. The rent is increased annually and no improvements are made to justify the increase. The office staff files documents wrongly and then blames the residents. I once had a package stolen off my porch and reported it to the office, but the next day, maintenance somehow found the package abandoned and unopened around the corner, despite me having pictures of Amazon delivering it to my steps. Thus, I would suggest you not to move here.more ...hide ...

Residence always open the door for strangers it is not secure dont feel very safe at all times here they lock up the amenities every night such as hair salon exercise room pool table so to me it was false advertisement to move there.Atually would be a very nice place for someone to live if it was quiet safe and clean like they advertise They should vacuum every hallway every day or a least every other day too many pets walk around the building peeing on the floor shaking off fleas and fur The public restaurant downstairs is never really clean or sanitized I can say when its time for an Inspection they try to get it together for show they could do a better job of keeping the carpets in the hallway is clean since they allow dogs to be in The common area sitting on their owners lapmore ...hide ...
