No one ever answers the phone overall tenant experience terrible

Don't consider this place as a place to live. I have been here for 6 years and the first 4 were actually alright. The office staff was helpful and maintenance did their job. Currently, however, the office staff is unprofessional and does not respond Don't consider this place as a place to live. I have been here for 6 years and the first 4 were actually alright. The office staff was helpful and maintenance did their job. Currently, however, the office staff is unprofessional and does not respond to any queries (except those related to rent). Maintenance have not shown up after saying they would, or have even broken things they were supposed to repair and then vanished. The neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. The children are left unsupervised, running through the streets and neighborhood. I've called security multiple times over the years, but they never come to address the issue. The gate to the community has not been functioning for months now. We asked for upgrades and repairs, since we have been living here for so long, and every time the owner would say they would, but they never did. The rent is increased annually and no improvements are made to justify the increase. The office staff files documents wrongly and then blames the residents. I once had a package stolen off my porch and reported it to the office, but the next day, maintenance somehow found the package abandoned and unopened around the corner, despite me having pictures of Amazon delivering it to my steps.
