The gate to the community has not been functioning for months now. We asked for upgrades and repairs, since we have been living here for so long, and every time the owner would say they would, but they never did. The rent is increased annually and no improvements are made to justify the increase. The office staff files documents wrongly and then blames the residents. I once had a package stolen off my porch and reported it to the office, but the next day, maintenance somehow found the package abandoned and unopened around the corner, despite me having pictures of Amazon delivering it to my steps.
