after living here for 3 years i found out that the staff pick favorites and let some residents have free rent because they snicht on other resident if anyone move into this place watch out for a person named Kristina and Jennie every one else is nice after living here for 3 years i found out that the staff pick favorites and let some residents have free rent because they snicht on other resident if anyone move into this place watch out for a person named Kristina and Jennie every one else is nice the landlord is OK but she is ocd and want everything to be spotless like army style more ... hide ...

Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. When my mother clogged our toilet, it was fixed within minutes of my alerting the staff. Housekeepers were friendly, but while a card in the room stated that bed linens would be changed every other day, they werent. The staff did, however, replace wet towels on a daily basis. The room was pretty typical, although the bathroom was VERY small, with no hold bars by the tub/shower. I was glad that we were placed on the first floor because there was no elevator, according to the front desk. Breakfast was ok, with the hot entrees changing daily. The pool and hot tub were actually really great for this type of facility. The maintenance staff is awesome and quick. All utilities are included, and the only thing you pay for is if you want TV or internet. Laundry is on site.
