Let me start out by saying that the front desk staff was fantastic Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful When my mother clogged our toilet it was fixed within minutes of my alerting the staff Housekeepers were friendly but while a Let me start out by saying that the front desk staff was fantastic Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful When my mother clogged our toilet it was fixed within minutes of my alerting the staff Housekeepers were friendly but while a card in the room stated that bed linens would be changed every other day they werent The staff did however replace wet towels on a daily basis The room was pretty typical although the bathroom was VERY small with no hold bars by the tubshower I was glad that we were placed on the first floor because there was no elevator according to the front desk Breakfast was ok with the hot entrees changing daily The pool and hot tub were actually really great for this type of facility Overall I would stay here again although I would probably request an accessible room the next time to get a larger bathroom and hold bars more ... hide ...

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference next door The room was very clean and comfortable The staff were great Checkin and out went very smoothly The breakfast was great lots of options
