However, over the past three years, their care for the tenants has been very inadequate. For example, the elevators often break due to cold weather and it can take a long time to get replacement parts, which can be especially difficult for those who are disabled and living on the third floor. Additionally, after a water leak in her apartment, it took over two years for them to repair the wall and paint it. Recently, one of her blinds broke and has still not been replaced. This may seem like a minor issue, but when the flood lights outside are blinding her at night, it becomes a nuisance. I tried to move the blind to the living room, but the same problem occurred while she was trying to watch TV, read, or knit. The corporate company that owns these apartments have no sympathy for the elderly who cannot fix these issues on their own. I could literally go on forever. Most recently my heater didnt work for 2 months because they could never manage to figure out what was wrong with it. During the coldest nights of the year we didnt have heat. I had to go spend $200 on space heaters and when I called to see if they would discount my rent due to the fact that myself and my 12 year old daughter didnt have adequate heat guess what?? Yep, they didnt answer the phone and never returned my voice message. SHOCKER right lol. Ive been a tenant here since 2011 and seen this building go through 3 different owners and Three Stone Homes is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! In the last 8 years Ive paid my rent late only once and have always been a good tenant keeping a clean, well maintained home. My lease is up in July and Im counting down the days! I can hardly wait to leave this hell hole they call Primrose Circle Apartments. Take it from me, never ever EVER move here! Total nonstop nightmare.UPDATEStill no heat and now no A/C. Called and complained twice this week and they havent returned my calls. Big surprise right. My next step is to contact KY3 news and consult with my lawyer.
