Also, they constantly have inspections and will even enter your home without knocking while you are there! This place is roach-infested throughout and they try to blame the tenants; only spraying once a month. One time when I stayed home while they sprayed, all they did was spray a single spray in the middle of my kitchen and said 'ok thank you!' There are always plumbing issues such as black stuff coming out of my kitchen sink for two days now (which may continue through the weekend) but still no answer from them as to when it will be fixed! It has even caused an unpleasant odor in my apartment. They used to have a program that allowed tenants who stayed for one year would get their section 8 voucher but lost it due to lack of building upkeeps. Avoid this place at all cost - not even the roaches should live here! They also want to charge for everything although nothing was fixed or cleaned in either property or unit upon moving in - I still have spots on my bathroom ceiling from previous renters smoking cigarettes yet they said they would fix it but never did; under my sink border was ripped off too but still haven't received attention either! Moral of story: DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Beware!!!! more ... hide ...

This building is very poorly manager and should be one of those that the city condemns The place is filthy and a heath risk I dont live in the building but my 80 year old father lives close to it so I witness the trash and Filth

I have lived here for almost a year and I havent had any problems nor bugs they spray every month so if anyone has bugs its because of them selves and theyre unclean home Not the management
