I have a good friend who lives here. First the catalytic converter was STOLEN from her truck, that was parked in the front lot. Also beware of bugs, cockroaches Beatles water bugs any kind of bugs. They do come spray I believe a monthly or twice a month basis which helps but doesnt last. I actually have my own bug guy come and spray my apartment even when they do this because what they do is not Thorough !!! Only one positive is the rent and affordability more ... hide ...
