Terri landlord is very hard working and outgoing She is very helpful and is pretty easy to contact for the most part They give you at least a day notice before entering your house She listens to your concerns as well Unfortunately people in the neig Terri landlord is very hard working and outgoing She is very helpful and is pretty easy to contact for the most part They give you at least a day notice before entering your house She listens to your concerns as well Unfortunately people in the neighborhood can cause a lot of problems From the day I moved in the neighbors blast there music day and night Random people go in and out of the apartment at various hours of the night They fight and scream You can smell drugs in your home from the neighbor They have crack heads pounding on the door for hours at like 2am 4am the walls are kinda thin so you can hear it well all of these factors are horrible for me and my 1 year old daughter I also hate when the people trying to find the neighbors house pounds on my door at 4 or 5 in the morning all strung out On top of which cops knocking on my door for stuff the neighbors do kinda sucks as well more ... hide ...

I moved into these duplexes in November 2015 almost 4 years ago The duplexes are nice and kept up My only complaint would be that they did not put washer and dryer hookups in the duplexes when renovating after the tornado so I spend about 50 a month I moved into these duplexes in November 2015 almost 4 years ago The duplexes are nice and kept up My only complaint would be that they did not put washer and dryer hookups in the duplexes when renovating after the tornado so I spend about 50 a month on just laundry I feel they could have put the washer and dryer hook ups in the storage closet under the stairsnThe landlord Terrie has been a great landlord since I have moved in and if I have an issue something breaks etc she gets it fixed promptly Shes always been kind to me and weve gotten along since Ive moved in so Im not sure why all the reviews talk about a rude landlord Maybe they take offense to a strong woman managing 80 apartmentsnIm about to move out of these apartments because Im getting a home Just thought I would leave a review so anyone looking for an opinion from someone whom has lived in these apartments for years here it is more ... hide ...
