I live here I think this place is great Staff is friendly and the building is well maintained BUT it looses one star for the absurd ACHeat system Half the year we get heat the other half we get AC So summer and winter are peachy But the spring an I live here I think this place is great Staff is friendly and the building is well maintained BUT it looses one star for the absurd ACHeat system Half the year we get heat the other half we get AC So summer and winter are peachy But the spring and fall are awful in spring when you only have heat if its 80 outside then its 90 in the apartment and the higher the floor you live on the worse it gets And being this is a small town the people running the place are are terrified of window AC units They believe the might fall and turn some poor resident walking below into paste As entertaining as that might be I believe the odds are against that But alas you cant everything Other than that I really do like this place more ... hide ...

My grandma has lived here for about 4 years It is a great place to visit and she loves her home The office staff goes above and beyond to help my grandma out
