I think this place is great. Staff is friendly, and the building is well maintained. BUT, it looses one star for the absurd AC/Heat system. Half the year we get heat. the other half we get AC. But the spring and fall are awful. in spring when you only have heat, if its 80* outside, then its 90* in the apartment. and the higher the floor you live on, the worse it gets. And, being this is a small town, the people running the place are are terrified of window AC units. They believe the might fall and turn some poor resident walking below into paste.
