As it happens, his regular sitter is out of town and Ivy the program manager has refused to provide transportation from his substitute sitter who lives in the city of Syracuse. They go past her house to camillus which is a subarb furhter away to pickup other individuals but will not stop to pickup my brother.I am so disappointed by the lack of flexiblity from this Day hab I am only asking them to change route for one week and they will not accomodate me. I am trying to keep a job and my brother but without support from your dayhab this is impossible.I will certainly warn as many families as I can about the lack of support from this program.
