2015-03-19T15:30:36ZI am a single working lady trying to take care of my disabled brother since we were orphaned at the age of 16 My brother has been attending Community Options Dayhab on 216 W Manlius in East Syracuse since march 9th He gets transportation from and to I am a single working lady trying to take care of my disabled brother since we were orphaned at the age of 16 My brother has been attending Community Options Dayhab on 216 W Manlius in East Syracuse since march 9th He gets transportation from and to a sitter As it happens his regular sitter is out of town and Ivy the program manager has refused to provide transportation from his substitute sitter who lives in the city of Syracuse They go past her house to camillus which is a subarb furhter away to pickup other individuals but will not stop to pickup my brothernnI am so disappointed by the lack of flexiblity from this Day hab I am only asking them to change route for one week and they will not accomodate me I am trying to keep a job and my brother but without support from your dayhab this is impossiblennI will certainly warn as many families as I can about the lack of support from this program I dont think that I am asking a lot from them more ...
