I was shown around the place and it seemed alright except for the dead roach in the living room, which should have been a sign to go somewhere else. I have been living here for over a week now and since the first day, I have killed 3 or 4 roaches a day. On the second day, it was even worse as I had to get rid of around 15 to 20 of them. I'm very tidy and my place is always immaculate. It doesn't make a difference how spotless you keep your apartment or how many traps or baits you put out, you will still find a roach somewhere. Apparently, pest control came a couple days ago, but this won't do any good unless they treat the whole building. My neighbors have roaches too. They're in the walls, the pipes and even the foundations. When I went outside, I noticed baby roaches on the building itself and the pavement. Unless something is done to get rid of these pests, I don't plan on staying here for much longer and if I were you, I'd look for somewhere else. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry

There is a walking path, a small fenced dog park, an outdoor grill and pavilion area, a gym, and a pool. They just updated the walking path and pool this year too.
