The outside of the building in the front looks dirty and the flower pots dont have any flowers in them and it looks dirty white. This is an apartment building for elderly and disabled people. The tenants here come outsid e and smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. There is not enough parking for visitors. the people that live there have to rent a space in the church next doors parking spaces that face the side of the building but when the furniture market is in town these bought parking spaces are no longer available so theres a problem because theres more cars then spaces. They do have locked doors that requires a special fob to enter the door and thats good makes the tenants feel safe. It seems that some residents dont let people in without knowing them and that causes a serious problem. People are not safe and secure when people are letting opening the door for anybody that walks up. The staff is never in the office, they take off as many days as they can. The maintenance guys are Great! Whenever theres a problem they are on it lightning fast. They also maintain all the inside of the building like washers, floors and trash plus the outside where they pressure wash the building, the driveway and everywhere else it needs to be done. This place is the worst !! They€™re always shooting out here . Always fighting ! And did I forget always shooting ! Now they€™re talking about charging the residents a 50 dollar fee from ppl littering. Ppl who don€ ™t even stay out here come and destroy the neighborhood . The police will come out here and disrespect your place of living because they can . They took down the security gate down . It€™s a horrible place to stay as far as the neighborhood and the community! more ... hide ...

Mediocre Overpriced Apartments! I wouldnt suggest anyone move there. Its loud and people/kids are always out at night early mornings being loud, the walls are thin you hear your both neighbors on either side. They dont c ome to fix any issue in you home in a timely manner, Never pick up the phone and they are hardly ever in the office to help with anything. And when they are theyre rude and smart mouth. They need to get new people working for them and a new set of rules. I suggest go else where with your hard earned money unless you have no other choice. more ... hide ...
