They need more staff mainly aides My mother had to wait for HOURS for an aide to take her over to the bathroom this happened CONTINUOUSLY No one bothers to answer the help buzzer or take notice of the help lightnYou should be aware that your nurse They need more staff mainly aides My mother had to wait for HOURS for an aide to take her over to the bathroom this happened CONTINUOUSLY No one bothers to answer the help buzzer or take notice of the help lightnYou should be aware that your nurses refuse to do anything other than dispense meds and take vitals This a HUGE problemnThey also need people available in the dining room to wheel patients back to their rooms after meals My mother had to wait more than 45 minutes and this happened many timesnCould never get an answer when a doctor would be visiting my mother Very sad more ... hide ...

This was the second time my mother has been in here First time around 2 years ago it was bad but not as bad and horrific as it was this time Under staffed and disrespectful workers They take their time and help patients when needed The patients are s This was the second time my mother has been in here First time around 2 years ago it was bad but not as bad and horrific as it was this time Under staffed and disrespectful workers They take their time and help patients when needed The patients are supposed to be showered twice a week and if you dont remind the aids they wont bother I feel bad for then patients that have no one to check up on them because they really are screwed I would take my mother to the bathroom change her and put her to bed every night because they never came back to help I even had to pay an aid outside to cone in the mornings and make sure my mother was taken care of Thats ridiculous So much money to stay there and horrible horrible facility DISGUSTING more ... hide ...
