First time around 2 years ago it was bad but not as bad and horrific as it was this time! Under staffed and disrespectful workers. I would take my mother to the bathroom, change her and put her to bed every night because they never came back to help!! I even had to pay an aid outside to cone in the mornings and make sure my mother was taken care of. Thats ridiculous!!!! So much money to stay there and horrible horrible facility!!!!!
